How do I update my recurring donation?

After a recurring donation is made, the donor will receive an email to set up their Donorbox donor account by creating a password. The donation email will be their username.

To edit your recurring donation as a donor, go to Donorbox.org

Log in to your donor account by clicking the Donor Login link at the top of the page. If you didn’t set up your account via the setup email, please use the Retrieve My Account link. This will allow you to establish a donor account.

You will then have access to your monthly donation plans. Click the Edit button to the right of the donation plan that you wish to edit.

To change your donation amount, type in a new amount in the text box under Donation Amount and click the blue Change button.
