e3Kids Outreach Coordinator Position

Position Description

The Outreach Coordinator will work towards event planning, engaging new donors and expanding educational outreach programs. They will network to develop fundraising events and sale opportunities. They will liaison with school and church groups to promote e3’s mission and US education programming.

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting Salary: $1000/month @ ~20 hours a week

• Schedule: Weekdays and some Saturdays especially in the Fall and Spring. Weekday schedule can be adjusted for other work/personal scheduling conflicts.

**This position can grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance and success with donor development and outreach events

Job Duties

• Maintain current outreach event schedule by preparing materials, coordinating volunteers and running event

• Develop and implement education programs to raise awareness about global poverty

• Research and pursue event and sale opportunities

• Use connections to network and foster new donors, school or church partners

• Use connections to network and foster new donors, school or church partners

• Create and implement fundraising events and campaigns

• Travel internationally with opportunities to lead small teams

• Coordinate volunteers to assist with events and product maintenance

• Speak with the general public at fundraising events

Ideal Candidate has the following traits

• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written

• Essential computer skills: email, excel, social media management

• Organizational skills: able to pay close attention to detail to manage donors, volunteers and product

• Feels comfortable approaching their network to encourage new donors and partnerships

• Passion for serving Christ’s greater call to serve others

• Enjoys working with a small team of people and coordinating volunteers
